Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Nabit web application and associated services (the "Service") operated by Nabit ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Account Registration
To access most features you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Keep your password confidential and not share it with third parties
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or used in violation of these Terms.
3. The Service
Nabit provides an AI-powered web monitoring and alerting service that runs automated hunts based on plain-language briefs submitted by users. The Service searches publicly accessible web content and notifies you when results matching your brief are found.
We do not guarantee that the Service will find any specific result, nor that any result found will remain available by the time you act on a notification. The Service is provided on a best-efforts basis.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Submit briefs designed to harvest personal data about identifiable individuals without their consent
- Conduct any form of automated scraping or data extraction beyond what the Service provides
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service
- Submit briefs that are unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any hunt or account that we determine, at our sole discretion, violates these rules.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full payment details
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no refunds are issued for unused time, except as required by applicable law
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice
6. Free Tier and Trials
We may offer a free tier or trial period at our discretion. Free tier features may be modified or discontinued at any time. Any limits applicable to the free tier are described within the Service and may change with notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, design, and trademarks associated with the Service are owned by or licensed to Nabit and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content without our prior written permission.
You retain ownership of the hunt briefs and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, process, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nabit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to Nabit in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) £50.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nabit and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may surface links to third-party websites or content as part of hunt results. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and policies.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7–10) will continue to apply.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
